prepared with fresh Broccoli, Cabot Cheddar cheese, Onions, Garlic, Flour Roux, Chicken Broth and local Cream

Baked Brie Bruschetta

slices of French Bread Baked with Brie and offered with a Sauce of Shiitake Mushrooms and Madeira Wine; garnished with roasted Red Pepper

Pasta del Giorno

imported Penne Pasta tossed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, marinated and grilled Zucchini, Summer Squash, Red Bell Peppers, Red Onion and roasted Garlic

Country Pâté

prepared in-house with Pork, Chicken Livers, Port Wine, Sun-dried Cherries and Pistachios; presented with Lingonberry sauce and Sweet Onion Jam

House Smoked Salmon

we smoke a side of Salmon in house; sliced thinly and offered with Raifort Sauce, Capers, Red Onion and Toast Rounds

Pannequets Fruits de Mer

delicate Crepes filled with pieces of fresh Swordfish, Salmon and Lobster then baked and served with Nantua Sauce

Our House Salad

combines seasonal Field Greens, a julienne of Carrots, our house made Balsamic
Vinaigrette, and crumbled Blue Cheese (if you wish)


Carré d’Agneau Royale

boneless Rack of Lamb, first grilled then wrapped with Spinach Mushroom Duxelles and Puff Pastry; finished din the oven and offered with Sauce Bordelaise

 Filet Mignon

Western Beef grilled to your specification and presented with a Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese Demi Glace

Veal Normande

medallions of Veal, lightly floured then sauteed with Apple Jack Brandy, Vermont Apple Cider and a touch of local Cream

Magret of Duck

boneless Duck Breast, grilled pink then sliced and offered with a Sauce of Black Currant and Cassis Liqueur

Cedar Plank Arctic Char

fillet of Arctic Char baked on a cedar plank to impart a slight smokiness; offered with a slice of Garlic Herb Butter

Baked Cod

Atlantic Cod topped with Herbes de Provence roasted Olives, Cherry Tomatoes and Panko Crumbs; baked in White Wine

Portobell Mushroom and Eggplant Napoleon

grilled Portobello Musrhooms layered with fried breaded Eggplant and Mozzarella Cheese; baked with our slowly simmered Marinara Sauce
