filled with Vermont’s Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese, warmed and presented with thinly sliced Prosciutto and drizzle of aged Balsamic Vinegar

Ravioli del Giorno

hand rolled Pasta filled with poached Pears, Pecorino and Ricotta Cheeses; served with Port Wine drizzle

Country Pâté

prepared in-house with Pork, Chicken Livers, Port Wine, Sun-dried Cherries and Pistachios; presented with Cumberland Sauce and Sweet Onion Jam

House Smoked Salmon

we smoke a side of Salmon, slice it thinly, and offer it with Raifort Sauce, Capers, Red Onion and Toast Rounds
