Pasta del Giorno

imported Linguini tossed with Maine Rock Shrimp, Garlic, Butter, diced Tomatoes, Lemon, Basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Country Pâté

prepared in-house with Pork, Chicken Livers, Port Wine, Sun-dried Cherries and Pistachios; presented with Cumberland Sauce and Sweet Onion Jam

House Smoked Salmon

we smoke a side of Salmon in house, slice it thinly and offer it with  Raifort Sauce, Capers, Red Onion and Toast Rounds

Parma Prosciutto and Melon

thinly sliced Parma Prosciutto paired with local crossroads Farm Cantaloupe Melon; with a drizzle of Balsamic

Our House Salad

combines seasonal Field Greens, a julienne of Carrots, our house made Balsamic
Vinaigrette, and crumbled Blue Cheese (if you wish)

grass fed Western Filet, grilled to your specification and offered with a White Truffle Oil Demi Glace

Veal Normande

madallions of Veal, lightly floured then sautéed with Apple Jack Brandy, Vermont Apple Cider and a touch of Vermont Cream

Roasted Duck

half of a semi boneless Duck, roasted and offered with a Sauce of Blood Orange and Grand Marnier

Baked Atlantic Cod

Cod fillet topped iwth Lemon Caper Aioli and Panko Crumbs, baked with White Wine

Shrimp Madagascar

Maine Jumbo Shrimp sauteed with Pernod, Vermont Cream, Scallions and Green Peppercorns

Wild Mushroom Bourguignonne

Maitake, Oyster and Hon Shimeji Mushrooms simmered in Vegetable Broth and Red Wine with Garlic, Tomato, Mirepoix and fresh Thyme; served over imported Linguini
