prepared in house with Pork, Chicken Livers, Port Wine, Sun-dried Cherries and Pistachios; offered with Cumberland Sauce

Imported Penne Pasta tossed with Broccoli Rabe, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and a pinch of

with our spicy Peanut Sauce

fillet of Salmon, house smoked then thinly sliced …presented with Raifort Sauce, Red Onion, Capers and Toast Rounds
