prpared in-house with Pork, Chicken Livers, Port Wine, Sun-dried Cherries & Pistachios; with Apple Cranberry Chutney and Sweet Onion Jam

Pork and Vegetable Spring Rolls

shredded pork and fresh Vegetables rolled in Won Ton wrappers and quickly fried; presented with Soy Ginger Sauce and tangy Thai Mustard

Calamari Fritti
fresh Rhode Island Squid thinly sliced, dipped in seasoned Flour and quickly fried; offered with sweet Chili Garlic dipping Sauce

Pasta del Giorno
imported Penne tossed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Broccoli Rabe, Plum Tomato and a pinch of red Pepper Flake

House Smoked Salmon
fillet of Salmon, house smoked then thinly sliced …presented with Raifort Sauce, Red Onion, Capers and Toast Rounds

Roasted Duckling
half of a fresh  Long Island Duck, semi boneless, roasted and presented with Sauce of Michigan Cherry and Cassis

Crab and Cracker Baked Cod
fresh Cod fillet topped with Maine Crabmeat and Cracker dressing, baked with White Wine and offered with Sauce Nantua

Cajun Grilled Atlantic Swordfish
